Hafnartorg is a new lifestyle destination for shopping, food, wine and culture in a new urban area in the old harbour area in Reykjavík, close to the old city centre and the Harpa culture house.

Beneath the area lies the country's largest and most advanced car cellar, but the roads up to the neighborhood lead from it in various parts of Hafnartorg as well as Harpa. Great cycling and hiking trails lie everywhere, as well as important stops for the Strætó and then the Borgarlína in due course.
